Vinification

This cuvee is mainly elaborated with grapes from our vineyard in Aÿ. The pinots noirs, aged in barrels, mix with chardonnays in the same proportions.
A five-years ageing in cellars enables aromas to develop for these great Champagnes that our House perfectly knows how elaborate. Honey, spices, and flowers usually characterize our Vintaged Cuvees.

Technical sheet

Grapes: 50% pinot noir, 50% chardonnay

Fermentation: Alcoholic and malolactic in barrel for Pinot and Chardonnay in stainless steel tank.

Aging: 5 to 10 years

Dosage: 6 g/l
