Issued from the blending of pinots noirs and chardonnays from Aÿ vinified as white wines added with pinots vinified as red wines, our Rosé brings an original touch to your aperifif and can be served with all dishes meat included, thanks to its Pinot structure.

Fermentation: Alcoholic and malolactic in barrel for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in stainless steel tank.
