Brut or demi-sec
Blending of three grape varieties with a majority of pinots meunier grapes (60%) from the different vineyard growths rigorously selected, enabling to taste it young. This fresh light, well-balanced wine is ideal for having a drink. Drink the Demi-sec rather with sweets or foie gras.
Grapes: 60% pinot meunier, 20% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay
Fermentation: Alcoholic and malolactic in barrel for Pinot and Chardonnay in stainless steel tank.
Aging: 24 months on the lees
Dosage: 10 g/l for the brut / 35 g/l for the Demi-Sec
