Blending of Pinot Noirs from Aÿ and Chardonnay.
An aging of 7 years is necessary to preserve this cuvée from a dosage. This is intense and complex with citrus fruits, toasted brioche and honey. The finish is tense and long.
Grapes: 65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinots Noirs
Fermentation: Alcoholic and malolactic in barrel for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in stainless steel tank.
Aging: 7 years
