Vinification

The Blanc de Blancs is issued from vines planted exclusively with Chardonnay. This vineyard is particular, since it is planted next to our Pinot vineyard, which grants this wine with some rich, soft and rounded features.

Fermentation: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.

Aging: 24 months
