This cuvee is mainly elaborated with grapes from our vineyard in Aÿ. The pinots noirs, aged in barrels, mix with chardonnays in the same proportions.
A five-years ageing in cellars enables aromas to develop for these great Champagnes that our House perfectly knows how elaborate. Honey, spices, and flowers usually characterize our Vintaged Cuvees.
Grapes : 50% pinot noir
Fermentation : Alcoholic and malolactic in barrel for Pinot and Chardonnay in stainless steel tank.
Aging : 5 to 10 years
Dosage : 9 g/l
